FIX IT: 1️⃣ exhale past FRC (passive exhale and then some more). This creates an underpressure in the lungs and you’ll KNOW the glottis is closed properly when the air rushes back in. HOLD 20 sec | rest 1 min | HOLD 25 sec | rest 1 min, etc. (Do 8 rounds!) 2️⃣ Practice frenzelling with the LEAST amount of pressure required.
