There are no words… I know it’s not a mess like this because one of my dear friends tragically passed away. She was one of my few confidants that knew all my stuff and loved me not in spite of it but because of it. However, it definitely is a major part of what has been triggering me, paralyzing me. I suppose this is me screaming without words that I’m so lost, sad, alone, worried, in despair, & questioning how anything makes sense right now. That’s what I see & it’s an overwhelming feeling. | A
