Authorities have arrested three people in connection with the homicide, Police Chief Page Reynolds confirmed Wednesday during a meeting of the police commission. The briefing is to be held at 11 a.m.
While Hamden police have not identified the person killed, Hamden resident Keyna Washington said the victim is her 18-year-old son, Keyvon Washington.
