North Nelson Avenue will close to through traffic beginning Tuesday, Feb. 24, for utility relocation work, according to the Clinton County Engineer’s Office.
Public works leaders in Jefferson City and Cole County are opposed to legislation that would require them to reimburse certain utility companies for relocation due to maintenance and construction.
