HONG KONG, Feb. 18 (Xinhua) -- A 23-minute fireworks show lit up Hong Kong's Victoria Harbor on Wednesday, the second day of the Year of the Horse and of the Spring Festival holiday here.
In the middle of Lake Union sits a grayish barge, framed by Seattle’s skyline and cloudy skies. The vessel’s surface appears unassuming, but on the inside lies almost 11,000 pounds of fireworks.
